Kettlebell360 is a fitness studio that strives on functional fitness. Our main tools are bodyweight and kettlebells. Kettlebells have been around for hundreds of years and are the fastest way to burn fat and build lean muscle. Sessions last 45-60 mins.
 
 
To attend any of our classes (excluding fitness bootcamp) you will be required to attend an intro to kettlebells class or workshop. This class covers the 3 basic movements... (hip hinge) the deadlift, swing and goblet squat. Each attendee will have a movement assessment and screening for any movement dysfunction. This allows us to teach you safety while using the kettlebells.
